Mango tea can be easily brewed in the comforts of your home.
Ingredients
● 3-4 mango leaves (fresh or dried)
● 2 cups of water (filtered)
● 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar to taste
Directions
Step 1 – Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2 – Add the mango leaves to the boiling water reduce heat to a simmer.
Step 3 – Steep for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 4 – Remove the pot from heat.
Step 5 – Strain the mixture into a teacup or teapot.
Step 6 – Add the mango garnish and sweetener to taste.
